We are doing Blastocyst culture since last 17 years of practice. It all depends on how many embryos are developing and how is the quality.
Blastocyst culture is really useful when we need to choose from so many good quality embryos.
When embryo quality is good and number of embryos are more we certainly culture till day-5 , Blastocyst.
We shouldn’t try to culture all patient’s embryos to day-5.
So patient to patient our strategy is different. Our aim is to make the patient pregnant, whether it 4 cell, 8cell or blastocyst culture.
